David Floyd & Associates, Inc.’s resignation as the management company for the St. Martin Square HOA will be effective 1/31/2023. We wish each of you the very best!
Your Board of Directors has decided to increase the monthly HOA fee by $52 effective 3/1/2023. The monthly HOA fee for 2-bedroom condos will be $445, and the monthly HOA fee for 3-bedroom condos will be $455.
Metropolitan Properties will be your new management company starting 2/1/2023. Each owner should receive information from Metropolitan Properties in the near future regarding how to pay HOA fees, how to submit maintenance requests & questions, and how to report violations, etc. going forward.
Any HOA fee payments received by David Floyd & Associates, Inc. after 1/31/2023 will be forwarded to Metropolitan Properties, but we ask that owners refrain from attempting to submit payments through David Floyd & Associates, Inc. after 1/31/2023. Metropolitan Properties will be provided with detailed ledgers for every owner, and any prepaid or past-due balances will remain on owners’ accounts.
