Dear St. Martin Square Homeowners & Residents,
Now that pool season is among us, please remember to adhere to the pool rules. We want everyone to have a great time at the pool, but everyone needs to be respectful of their neighbors.
– Keep noise and music to a reasonable level (especially in the evenings).
– NO GLASS is permitted within the pool area at any time for any reason.
– Do not leave trash or food on the pool deck (these items can go in the trash cans).
– Furniture must be returned to its original position after use if moved.
– Always lower umbrellas after use.
– Always close the gates completely and do NOT let anyone into the pool area (as all homeowners have their own pool keys).
– No unattended children are permitted within the pool area.
– No unattended guests (non-residents) are permitted within the pool area. Owners will be held responsible for the actions of their guests. Investor-owners will be held responsible for the actions of their tenants and their tenants’ guests/
The HOA recently purchased all new lounge chair cushions, six new umbrellas, four new six-person tables and chairs, and two new outdoor sectional sofas for the pool area. All of the new pool furniture should be in place within the next couple of days. We hope you enjoy it and take care of it!
Please remember to keep your balconies clean and neat. Nothing may be hung on the balcony railings (towels, lights, planters, etc.). Hanging plants are not permitted on balconies. Items such as bicycles, pet cages, and other non-furniture items may not be stored on balconies. All curtains must be in compliance with the HOA’s curtain requirements. No exterior modifications may be made without prior HOA approval.
The landscaping revamp project is nearing completion. Seasonal flowers are also scheduled to be planted in the next couple of weeks.
The corner balcony repairs are nearing completion. Additional repairs are planned to occur to the breezeways of the 311 building in the near future. It is also planned for preventative maintenance to occur on all balconies (excluding those recently rebuilt) in the near future.
We realize that the various ongoing projects have caused some inconveniences over the last several months, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you.
Regards,
