Community Updates (10/6/22)

Dear St. Martin Square Homeowners,

We hope that this email finds you well and that you are enjoying the beautiful weather.

As you likely noticed, many landscaping improvements were made in the Spring. We are aware that some of these plants have died, and these will be replaced in the near future at no cost to the HOA (as the plants are under warranty). It is also planned for some additional landscaping improvements to occur this Fall.

We appreciate you helping to make this pool season safe and fun. The new lounge chair cushions, sectional sofas, and umbrellas have been put to good use over the last several months.

After experiencing several incidents in which vehicles damaged the gate sensors, the HOA had additional steel bollards installed to help protect the gates. No further incidents have occurred since the bollards were installed.

We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding with the balcony repairs. Construction is rarely a pleasant experience, and the HOA has been working diligently to limit the inconvenience and financial burden to homeowners.

We are very glad to have all fountains functioning properly again. The HOA recently experienced an issue with someone tampering with the fountains’ on-off switches. Please note that tampering with the fountains is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. If you see someone tampering with the fountains, please let us know.

The HOA is currently working with qualified professionals to develop a plan of action for structural repairs to the 311 building. There is not a timeline in place as to when repairs may be able to occur or how much repairs may cost at this time. More information will be provided once it becomes available.

The 2022 annual homeowners meeting will be held November 10, 2022 at 6:30 PM. A formal meeting notice will be distributed to all owners prior to the meeting.

Please note that all meeting minutes, financial reports, budgets, copies of balcony repair contracts, etc. can be viewed by homeowners at StMartinSquareHOA.com

Thank you.

Regards,
